Paris Hilton's Puppy Mill
Paris Hilton has added another poor little dog to her "collection". That would bring it up to 18, minus the ones she's left to die in closets.

These sweet dogs, that she picks up on whims, are left alone for months in her house while she travels, with a housekeeper leaving food and water. More on Paris Hilton's years of animal abuse below.
