These pics looked photoshopped, but we did some research and have come to the conclusion that they are not fake and indeed REAL...
1) There have been a number of reports that Cameron was seen topless in the Bahamas earlier this month
2) Cameron's nipple appears kinda high up on her breast, but looking at another nip-slip photo and a couple topless shots (included below), they actually are quite high up on her body.
