Joining the ranks of celebrities that have had face work, Howard Stern confessed to having plastic surgery on his Sirius radio show this morning. He admitted having both a nose job (he had the bump shaved down) and lipo to remove his double chin. You can see the change to the shape of his face in the before and after shots below...
