we *heart* simple and striking black tats and Pink, so this must be our lucky day, cuz our boy Trent has some fucking hot shots of his new star!

never thought we’d say this, but… msnbc.com made our day! a producer named Will who explores blogland and journals his daily finds gave us a shout (a little down the page) for being one of the first sites to break Wooster’s Bansky story (as credited by our hero Kottke, 24 hours before the NY Times and other big coverage) and he also dug Mosh Girl.

but what rules is that he mentions what a great blog roll we have! Thanks man. dam straight! WE ROLL WITH THE BEST. CityRag lurves every single blog on our roll. it’s a little bit of everything, and we’re convinced everything fabulous in the world can be found somewhere in there (as we madly click and pursue each day :-) so to every blog on our roll –THANKS VERY MUCH for all your hard work and the great reading! ...and to prove msnbc knows what’s good – here’s some recent highlights off the roll:

outlaw rocker infiltrates music stores
cool little follow-up on the great story about the artist Bansky putting up his own works in 4 of NY's top museums... we were talking to our musician friend Joe about it and he told us he's been doing the same thing with his CD's for years! he goes into music stores around the city and leaves his CD's. files 'em himself into the correct genre, alphabetized and all. just for the fuck of it. even has his friends try and buy them once in a while. (and he credits a friend for the idea, maybe it's happening all over!) Dam, we love anarchist artists.

mosh girl ROCKS
OMG! we love this photo called Moshzilla by Alex Stram...

"Moshzilla" is a girl named so after a rather funny picture I took of a girl dancing at a show in San Diego, CA. After releasing that picture on this site, it became an "internet phenomenon", and advertly, many "photochops" of the picture were made.
