We caught these photos of Dakota Fanning crying to her mom while leaving Fred Segal and thought... Hey Mom don’t upset the gravy train! (look at that mad face, she's probably thinking "damn bitch it's my money"). Lil' powerhouse Dakota turns 12 shortly and is just a couple year away from prime emancipation age!
