Kelly's looking so cute, it pains us to include this - Teen People reported that Kelly dyed her puppy's hair pink. this is a really crappy thing to do because people emulate celebrities and shit like this and sometimes mistreat the dogs. we just caught this sad rescue story on WaggyTailRescue about the sweetest little dog who had his head dyed pink and was then dropped off at a kill shelter. we hope Kelly does the right thing and comes out against people treating animals like disposable accessories.
